Judging by the comment section and our Twitter "@ replies," lots of Jaguars fans read this here blog. Either that or they're overly sensitive to criticism of their team. Or maybe lots of overly sensitive Jaguars fans read the blog.
Whatever, the latest comment from Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt, who was asked about the Jags' 29th ranked pass defense, should do wonders to make them totally happy and stuff.
“It makes everybody smile," Britt said according to Titans Rapid Reporter Bob McClellan . "Especially the wide receiver room."
Now, technically, Britt's probably correct -- the Jags pass defense is absolutely putrid and if you've got a Titan in fantasy, you probably want to start them. (See: Fitzpatrick, Ryan, tossing three teeters.)
That being said, though, Britt's offering up a lot of bulletin board material there, and pretty much begging for the Jaguars defenders to give him a nice little tap in the ribs if he comes over the middle.
